We certainly do!
How long can i hire products for?
All our pricing is based off a 24hr hire period. Discounts apply for multiple days.
Do i need to leave a security deposit when hiring?
If you don’t have an account setup with us, we require a security deposit and a copy of your drivers license.
Do i need to pay before hire, or after returning the items?
If you don’t have an account, payment is required upon pickup or delivery of items.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, credit card or bank transfer. You can pay by credit card at time of pick up.
Can i buy products from you?
If you are looking to purchase Audio Visual equipment, please call, and we will happily provide you with a quote.
What is your cancellation fee?
We have a variable cancellation fee depending on how much notice is given. If you cancel more than a week out from your event, no cancelation fee’s apply.
What are your pick up hours?
We are open standard business hours, 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – Friday. After hours services are offered upon arrangement.
Do we do discounts for charity events?
If you are running a charity event, please get in touch, as we would love to talk to you about our special rates!
Are we open on public holidays?
No.
